Going to the east from Bayi Town and passing through the mountain pass of Serjila, Lulang forest(Chinese name: 鲁朗林海) stands in front of you. In winter, you may have chance to experience the Tibetan Gongbu new year at Lulang. At this time, Gongbu Tibetans will dress up on festival clothes, sing and dance to celebrate the new year. During this time, visiting Lulang, you will know about the customs and culture of Gongbu Tibetans at Lulang. And you can also visit the Tibetan family and taste the buttered tea and experience the festival atmosphere here.
