Case Review

We have processed spring seats for two companies in the past. They requested the deep drawing process for this product, although typically, AISI1045 steel, a hard material, is not suitable for deep drawing.

Our advantage lies in having a mesh belt annealing furnace. If deep drawing proves challenging, we can address it through annealing. By refining our processing procedures, we have effectively reduced complexity, increased production efficiency, and lowered costs.

In their previous method, they cut round bars and machined them entirely, consuming time and materials. However, with the adoption of deep drawing techniques, we have saved on raw materials and reduced processing time. This not only enhances the strength and ductility of the product but also boosts production efficiency.
