There are viewing platforms at the Wanfenglin Scenic Area, providing nice locations to have a panoramic view of the thousands of peaks at Wanfenglin Scenic Area. At the Zhongxingpengyue Viewing Platform, you can have a panoramic view of the fields, houses and peaks of the Wanfenglin Scenic Area. And the Bubugaosheng Viewing Platform is the highest platform at the Wanfenglin, where you can have a panoramic view of the rolling peaks at Wanfenglin.

The shapes of the peaks at Wanfenglin Scenic Area are pf all kinds of shapes and postures. You will see the Sleeping Beauty Peak, Whale Peak, Shark Peak, Camel Peak, Golden Tortoise Peak and Jiangjun Peak. You can also see the Owl Mountain, Saddle Mountain, Yuanbao Mountain, Longevity Peach Mountain and Peacock Mountain. You can stand at the observation decks and use your imagination to view the peaks.

• Eight Diagrams Field

The Eight Diagrams Field is named because its shape is like the eight diagrams(bagua). At the Eight Diagrams Field Viewing Platform, you can see the Eight Diagrams Field and its surrounding landscapes including the houses, the roads and the peaks. In spring, there are bright yellow rape flowers at the Eight Diagrams Field. In summer, the rices are green in the Eight Diagrams Field. In autumn, the rices are golden in the Eight Diagrams Field.

• Fu Field

At the Wanfenglin Scenic Area, there is a Fu Field, which is named because the crops here are planted to form a Chinese word, Fu. Fu means luck and fortune in Chinese, which is preferred by Chinese people. At the Fushuidongtian Viewing Platform, you can have a panoramic view of the Fu Field.

The climate is pleasant in Wanfanglin Scenic Area. The annual average temperature of Xingyi is 16-18℃, and it is warm in winter and cool in summer. The average temperature of July is 21-26℃ at Wanfenglin, which is an ideal summer resort in Guizhou and China.

The best time to visit Wanfenglin Scenic Area is summer(June to August). During this time, the rices in the fields of Wanfenglin are green or yellow, which makes the peak forest more beautiful. Wanfenglin, with an altitude of 2000 meters, spreading into a fan shaped, extending to Anlong and Fengzhen. Northwest is higher and southeast is lower, and it is tilting to the Yellow mud river. The whole Peak Forest is 200 miles long, 30 to 50 miles wide, and with an area of 2000 square kilometers in the Xingyi city.
